Frequently Asked Questions

What Services Do You Offer?

We offer open and enclosed transportation services for private clients, dealers and corporations. We ship cars, trucks, bikes, boats, trailers and heavy equipment. Do you want to ship something that's not on that list? Just reach out and we will see what it would take!

What Are Your Rates?

Our rates are competitive and tailored to your specific needs. They include comprehensive insurance coverage, professional handling, and timely delivery. Cost is determined based on several factors, including the distance, type of transport, vehicle size, and current fuel prices.

Do You Have Hidden Charges?

No. We believe in transparent pricing, so all costs will be itemized on your invoice and will not change. The only "fee" you will be paying in addition to the quoted price is the merchant's processing fee, if paid by debit/credit card.

What Info Do I need To Provide For A Quote?

To provide a quote we'll need the following details. While it seems like a lot of information, it is needed to provide an accurate quote.

  • Vehicle's Year, Make & Model (or VIN)
  • Pickup City, State (or zip code)
  • Delivery City, State (or zip code)
  • Service Requested (open/enclosed)

Are There Restrictions On The Type Of Vehicles You Transport?

If it has wheels, we can transport it for you! Non-running vehicles can be transported, but additional equipment may be required for loading and unloading which causes an increase in price.

Can I Ship A Car Worth Over $200,000?

Absolutely! Transporting high end vehicles requires incredible attention to detail. We have been there, done that, and look forward to doing it again with our large network of professional enclosed carriers.

How To Recognize a Scammer in the Auto Transport Industry

Cheap Prices

If the deal is too good to be true, it most likely especially regarding vehicle shipping. While everyone loves a great deal, an unrealistically low price is often a scammer’s first tactic!

Demands for Payment

Carriers usually collect payment at the time of delivery, so beware of a carrier demanding full payment at the time of pickup. While carriers generally get paid at the time of delivery, it is not uncommon for brokers to collect payment in full at the time of scheduling. This allows time for the payment to process before brokers pay the carrier.

Lack of Formality

Trustworthy companies will always provide you with a formal contract. This document outlines the shipping details with the vehicle information, pickup and delivery details as well as personal contact information for a representative of their company.

Absence of Licenses

Every automotive transport broker must have a USDOT number and an MC number. These licenses confirm that the company complies with all federal regulations. If a transporter will not provide these numbers or allows you to verify them, they are probably fraudulent.
